My true passion for music and the radio began in college at Minnesota State University, Mankato. The Current, 89.3 in Minneapolis really opened my eyes to what radio could be.

The first time I was on a live mic was when I became a volunteer DJ at Jackson Hole Community Radio, KHOL. Live air jitters soon gave way to a new career path. Over the course of 8 years, I helped curate the sound of KHOL, build up KHOL’s listener and donor base and manage the day-to-day operations as Asst. Station Manager. I also sold underwriting and advertising and wrote, recorded and edited countless ad sponsorships.

Outside of discovering new music, my favorite part of working for a community radio station was the opportunity to interview some amazing people and acclaimed bands. I enjoyed it so much that I decided that I wanted to share stories of people in my community as well. So, in 2012, I started a podcast called Jackson Hole Entrepreneur, and I asked small business owners to open up about their experiences. Starting a podcast with no experience or help involved a big learning curve, but I quickly fell in love with having intimate conversations with interesting people.

In 2018, Stephan Abrams reached out to me to see if I was interested in helping with his podcast idea. We have been working together ever since, and the Jackson Hole Connection podcast is quickly approaching 200 episodes.

In 2019, our family decided to tackle a new adventure and moved to Bellingham, WA. We are enjoying the warmer winters and the beautiful springs in the PNW.

Editing, producing, and marketing podcasts is not only a job, it is something I take pride in and I strongly care about contributing to the success of my clients. I love to connect with people who are passionate about podcasting, radio and storytelling. Let’s have a conversation.
